Refund policy
We hope you love your items, but if something isn't quite right you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
Sale and clearance items are non-returnable unless the item is damaged or faulty.
For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear, beauty products and personalised items also cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return Shipping
We do not offer free returns.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or provide a prepaid return label.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover all returns costs. Please email us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3-10 working days for the refund to show in your account after processing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for a direct refund and place a new order if the size and colour you want is still available.

- Order number
- Reason for return
And we will reply back with instructions on how to send your item back
